A tub of 8 handmade caramel truffles infused with vanilla and enhanced with just the right amount of Cornish sea salt. Each chocolate is encased in 65% origin dark chocolate from the Sur del Lago region of Venezuela and dusted with cocoa powder and gold shimmer

Handmade Caramel
Our salted caramel is made by hand the old-fashioned way. We caramelise the sugar, then add organic cream and butter, vanilla, a bit of glucose and Maldon sea salt.
