Easter chocolate selection box

Have a wonderfully indulgent Easter with a box of our handmade fresh chocolates with special Easter flavours

    Perfect for spring, perfect for Easter - This year we have crafted several new vibrant fruity flavours for Easter. Your box will contain the new flavours plus a selection of fruit, nut & ganache chocolates from our standard menu of hand made chocolates:

    • Easter flavours -
      • Sea salt caramel egg - Made with local Guernsey cream, fresh butter and Cornish sea salt
      • Marc de Champagne egg - A fresh cream ganache combined with fine Marc de Champagne spirit
      • Strawberry and balsamic - A strawberry purée coulis above a smooth, fruity balsamic vinegar ganache
      • Apricot, pistachio and rosemary - An apricot purée and liqueur coulis above a Sicilian pistachio and fresh rosemary infused ganache
      • Mandarin and basil - A mandarin pâte de fruit above a fresh basil ganache
      • Blueberry and lemon myrtle - Blueberry pâte de fruit above a lemon myrtle (a wonderfully aromatic Australian herb) ganache
    • Fruit centres - Pâte de fruit and ganache based fruit centres made with real fruit purées including 'blackberry liqueur', ‘raspberry, lime and mint’, ‘blackcurrant and sloe gin’, ‘rhubarb and ginger’ and ‘gooseberry and elderflower’
    • Nut pralines - A classic almond and hazelnut 'praline crunch' and an 'almond and mandarin' praline, all made with our own praline pastes to deliver a more characterful, nuttier taste.  
  • Shelf life: Best enjoyed within two weeks

    Allergens and info:

    • Contains milk, hazelnuts, almonds, soya (lecithin) and wheat gluten (praline crunch only)
    • Made in a production facility that handles nuts and peanuts
    • Some centres contain alcohol
    • Vegetarian information: Most flavours are vegetarian, but some (rhubarb and ginger, and raspberry, lime and mint) contain the natural red colour E120 which is derived from the cochineal insect
    • Gluten: The Praline Crunch flavour contains a small amount of gluten from the crushed feuilletine wafers. The rest of the flavours have no ingredients containing gluten
