Christmas collection selection box


Our gorgeous Christmas collection contains special festive flavours alongside a selection from our range of fresh fruit, caramel, infusion and nut centres.

Delivery note: Christmas boxes will be dispatched beginning the 6th December. If you need a particular delivery date please get in touch.

  • Your box will contain a truly indulgent selection of chocolates, all hand made and selected from our range of contemporary and classic flavours, including:

    • Christmas flavours 
      • Christmas pudding truffle - Pusser's Navy rum ganache, sherry soaked raisins, citrus zest and festive spices 
      • Coffee and Cognac truffle - Locally roasted coffee and Maxime Trijol cognac infused ganache
      • Whisky and seville orange marmalade - A layer of seville orange marmalade (made for us locally by Naked Jam) above a Tomintoul 14yr aged single malt whisky ganache
      • Marc de Champagne truffle - A milk chocolate ganache flavoured with Goyard Vieux Marc de Champagne
      • Gingerbread caramel - A liquid caramel with fresh ginger black treacle, cinnamon and festive spices
      • Orange and fennel bonbon - A dark ganache infused with orange zest and fennel seed
      • Sour cherry with amaretto almond - A sour cherry compote with an aromatic almond praline
    • Liquid caramels - Made with local Guernsey cream and fresh butter. Flavours include sea salt (in dark and milk chocolate), ginger & muscovado sugar and passionfruit.
    • Fruit centres - Pâte de fruit and ganache based fruit centres made with real fruit purées including ‘raspberry, lime and mint’, ‘blackcurrant and sloe gin’, ‘rhubarb and ginger’, 'yuzu and chilli' and ‘gooseberry and elderflower’
    • Infusions - Fresh cream ganache chocolates infused with spices including Chai vanilla, Earl Grey with lemon zest, and coffee
    • Nut pralines - A range of nut centres, including a classic almond and hazelnut 'praline crunch' and an 'almond and mandarin' praline, all made with our own praline pastes to deliver a more characterful, nuttier taste. 

    Note: The exact contents will depend on current availability but we always strive to include a selection of chocolates from across our range.

  • Shelf life: Best enjoyed within four weeks (all Christmas boxes will have a best before date of at least 30/12/18).

    Allergens and info:

    • Contains milk, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, soya (lecithin) and wheat gluten (praline crunch only)
    • Made in a production facility that handles nuts and peanuts
    • Some centres contain alcohol
    • Vegetarian information: Most flavours are vegetarian, but some (chai vanilla, rhubarb and ginger, and raspberry, lime and mint) contain the natural red colour E120 which is derived from cochineal
    • Gluten: The Praline Crunch flavour contains a small amount of gluten from the crushed feuilletine wafers. The rest of the flavours have no ingredients containing gluten
