A gloriously smooth milk chocolate with a higher cocoa percentage, made using noble cocoa beans from the region of Sur del Lago, Maracaibo, in Venezuela. Smooth and creamy, less sweet than ordinary milk chocolate, with a bold cocoa flavour and notes of caramel. A great balance between milk and dark chocolate.
