A box of fine, fresh chocolates selected from our signature range of fruit, caramel, spice and nut centres

Our signature product (and voted Great British Food awards Grand Champion). Your box will contain a truly indulgent selection of chocolates, all hand made and selected from our range of contemporary, classic and award-winning flavours, including:

  • Liquid caramels - Made with local Guernsey cream and fresh butter. Flavours include sea salt (in dark and milk chocolate), passion fruit, and lemon & rosemary.
  • Fruit centres - Pâte de fruit and ganache based fruit centres made with real fruit purées including ‘raspberry and lime’, ‘blackcurrant and sloe gin’, ‘rhubarb and ginger’, and 'yuzu with chilli'
  • Infusions - Fresh cream ganache chocolates infused with spices including Chai vanilla, Earl Grey with lemon zest, and coffee & vanilla
  • Nut pralines - A range of nut centres, including a classic almond and hazelnut 'praline crunch' and an 'almond and mandarin' praline, all made with fine quality European nuts to deliver a more characterful, nuttier taste. 

Note: The exact contents will depend on current availability but we always strive to include a selection of chocolates from across our range.

  • Gluten: The Praline Crunch flavour contains a small amount of gluten from the crushed feuilletine wafers. The rest of the flavours have no ingredients containing gluten

Behind the Scenes
Fine quality chocolate

The key ingredient! We use chocolate from some of the finest chocolate makers in the world: Felchlin of Switzerland and England's very own Pump Street Chocolate.

Handmade Centres

We make our ganaches, pralines, fruit jellies and caramels by hand using fresh cream, real fruit purées, nuts, herbs and spices. No preservatives or nasties here.

Moulded chocolates

For moulded chocolates, we decorate the mould, then create the chocolate shell. Once the chocolate has set the shell is filled by piping the centre, which is then left overnight to crystallise. It is finished the next day with a chocolate 'bottom' to seal the chocolate.

Traditional bon bons

Bonbons are made as a large slab, which is left for 24 hours to crystallise. The slab is then cut into pieces a 'guitar'. These are also left to settle before being enrobed (coated) with chocolate and decorated.
