Gorgeously boozy and fruity, our pink champagne truffles are made with generous amounts of Marc de Champagne and Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) in a smooth milk chocolate fresh cream ganache. Coated with Venezuelan single origin milk chocolate and dusted with icing sugar and raspberry powder to give a delicious balance of fruit, chocolate and alcohol flavours.
